The interviewer postponed my interview twice. The first time was 2 hours before the interview because the interview got stuck at the airport (which suggests bad planning). The second time was 1 hour before the interview and no explanations were issued at first until I reached out demanding an explanation.
The interview per se was mediocre at best. It went through my background, though I could tell that I was treated more like a task that must be done and checked off the list.
What I don't understand is, if they didn't like my application, why was I interviewed to begin with?
