I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Guidewire (Paris) in Nov 2018
Interview
Two phones interviews. First one with HR representative via phone (or Talent acquisition). Second interview, via webex, with two interviewers (Head of department, who is supposed to be joining but never showed up) and the Engagement manager in France.
In both interviews, the interviewers insisted heavily on the company 3 values (integrity, rationality and collegiality). However, I didn't saw a sign that they are following those values during the interview process even though they are highlighting it during their pitch.
Finally, I receiving a feedback that wasn't matching the reality of the interview which made me thinking that they are violating their own values of rationality and maybe integrity

what are your achievement ? (the interviews didn't stated if it's about achievement as a program manager or achievement in general : the inference is "achievement as a program manager")
