I applied online. I interviewed at Gucci (London, England)
Interview
So I sent my cv to email that was provided.within a week and a half I was contacted by HR to come to an interview. I went to an interview for a one on one. The lady was so lovely really friendly and I came out feeling mighty strong that it went so well.
She asked the usual questions wasn't at all hard. It felt like a conversation more.
Anyway she said after this stage if successful will be two more stages.
A week later I received an email from someone from Italy saying they would like a telephone interview with me I replied back instantly. There reponse was you will have a face to face interview instead with someone from Italy. So they changed the original plan. It didn't really bother me to be fair I was just happy to go to another stage which I still wasn't sure if it was even the 2nd stage because there was no saying what stage this was. Anyway I got booked in to see another person the interview was in the evening late' I had never had a late interview like this so was shocked. Went along to this interview the lady was lovely she asked lots of questions she had an accent but her English was ok. Lasted for half an hour till the next person after me.she said she would get back to me within couple weeks. To be honest I have no clue. What's happening as it has been almost a month and in still waiting for reply. I emailed 2 people and haven't received any form of replies which is quite a let down as I am very keen receive this role. No one has responded or replied as to if I was successful or unsuccessful. It really is upsetting and sad as I also had my heart set in this brand and not even a email. What started off so positive ended as a negative!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give a eg; when you have given excellent customer service? When you have had a angry customer ? Why you left previous role? Why gucci? Talk through your cv?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gucci (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2014
Interview
Interview was in-store with two assistant managers. Both were intimidating and dressed to impress. I was asked questions about my work experience history, past responsibilities, special skills, and knowledge of the Gucci brand. Interviewers were pleasant, professional, respectful and direct. The entire interview was everything I expected from a high-end like Gucci.
