Gucci Interview Questions

It was a fast zoom interview - there was no follow up after reach out. Informal and didn’t feel like it met brand standards. The interview was unimpressive and very disappointing.

Processo serio. Vengono spiegati molto bene tutti i dettagli della posizione e le varie responsabilità correlate. Si pone un grande focus sulla creatività del candidato. Le domande sono soprattutto di stampo personale, è molto importante che loro capiscano chi sei veramente.

Very brief , wanted to know why Gucci, and that basically your a brand ambassador for the company! How many clients and the percentage that needs to come in. Also stating it could be a challenge.

Simple. Quick. Only made it through first interview, as the pay want what I expected. Played phone tag with recruiter for several weeks before landing an official interview time. Great job but not enough money offered, and this would have been 3rd store director in 2 years.

Easy it took about 40 minutes. The lady was super nice and friendly and we got a long súper well. I highly recommended applying for this company. Try to know about the history of the brand.

Processo di selezione abbastanza semplice. Domande basate su esperienze maturate senza richiesta di test o business case. Sostenuto 4/5 colloqui. Unica pecca feedback tra un colloquio e un altro abbastanza lenti.

After completing 4 rounds of interviews, it was radio silence until I saw on LinkedIn that someone had commenced in the role. Granted, the process was handled by an agency so I’m not sure how much of it was Gucci’s fault, but to have given so much of time and to not even receive a notification to say I was unsuccessful was a shocking experience.

Sent me an email months later saying I was no longer in consideration. I pretty much gave up on the process at it took them months to get back to me

Ho poi fatto un colloquio con la HR di Gucci, al termine del quale abbiamo fissato un colloquio con i responsabili della CSR. Fatto quest'ultimo colloquio dopo 20 giorni ho ricevuto un feedback e la proposta di assunzione.
