Longer then average process when I applied. 2 one on ones 1 with recruiter 1 with would be DSM then role play using suggestive sale senario and deal buider. For remote opportunities everything was handled by phone and Skype.

They wanted to play pretend: They played Merchant and I was to call into sell a feature. Hit with the ususal objections, easily over came. Constantly want to play on overspend

Campus recruiter at career fair signed me up for an interview and the next day I had an interview. The interview lasted 15 minutes and he asked me mostly about why I would like to do sales and how I would handle rejection.
