The interview process is straight-forward. Application online which is then followed by a phone interview prior to being invited down for a face to face interview with the hiring managers. It can be daunting but time passes by quickly.

2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
