First round: OCR, one-person behavioral interview. Very standard questions "Tell me about yourself/Tell me about a time when.../etc."
Second round: Office visit, tour, lunch, two interviews with random managers. Largely conversational, all behavioral questions.
Focus: Fit and personality probably #1. If you have technical skills listed on your resume, be prepared to answer questions about those skills.
Dress: Business casual - casual
Overall: very laid-back. HR is very helpful and willing to help.
