There seem to be individuals with below-average interviewing skills present, who may have been chosen solely based on their age. It appears that this company prioritizes experience over skills. I went through five rounds of interviews and was told I would receive an offer within a day or two. However, I was not informed that they had chosen a candidate with more experience and a lower salary expectation. This behavior is unethical and unprofessional, and I would not recommend joining this organization.
