I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (Foster City, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Applied online, received an invitation to schedule a recruiter screen. Met with the recruiter, they were very positive about my candidacy. I was told I'd hear back within a week with next steps. I emailed to check in after a week, with no response. Checked in a week later, no response. Logged into Workday and saw that my candidacy was inactive. I expected a better candidate experience from Gilead.
