Multi step interview process. First with HR, then an interview with 2-3 team members (eg line
manager, director, program manager) and an informal chat with a similarly placed team member
It was a very long process. I had 4 interviews with different people across a few weeks. Took a few weeks to hear back from them. The interviews themselves were ok.

Process was clear and handled well. A little glitchy with summer vacations but good communication. Individual and team interviews. Whole process was about 6 weeks. Sometimes I would have an interview scheduled with one person and it would end up being with someone else with no warning so that was a little disarming. Overall pretty standard.
