I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (Foster City, CA) in Jul 2010
Interview
one-on-one interviews following the presentation consisted of drilling and detail oriented questions that were pleasant mannered and not deliberately directed towards down playing one's self respect. Dynamic group of workers with a lot of enthusiasm for their work and interest in the company's success. Challenging environment to work in so the perception was if an interviewer can pass a tough interview, they can survive the company culture.
