Rapid and efficient, only six people were part of the process from various departments. Hiring rapidly and expanding various departments. Will be hiring more people in the near future in 2020 and beyond.
The hiring manager was so disengaged and never followed up. I was not provided with any feedback until I followed up with them and it was already too late. Not something I would have expected for a company with such reputation

Interview
Interviewed with multiple individuals throughout the day. Most were from Genentech or other large pharmas. Interviews were low-stress and generally positive, although the final offer was for a different position.

Interview
Interview process was rather fast, with well planned meetings, and pleasant interactions with HR. However, at the end of the process, I never received feedback, even after several emails (to Hiring manager and HR) inquiring about status and outcome.
