I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences
Interview
On-campus interview with two scientists, then invited for on-site interview with a ~45-50min seminar on my research and 1-on-1 interviews with senior scientists and directors. They only asked technical questions tangential to my research, very conversational and they spend a lot of time selling me on Gilead.
HM phone screening and onsite interview with presentation. There was a group lunch with few team members. At the end of the day, there was a HR interview. I received a rejection by email.
