Met with three people for about 30 minutes. The job was to document manufacturing processes for the Oceanside facility. All three people were very polite and personable. Clearly everyone was very busy, and while they were perfectly cordial, it was obvious that they had a lot to do outside of the conference room. Also saw the (temporarily very compact) work area and example procedures. They decided to hire another candidate but I would've been excited to work there.
