Initial communication was good, if a little slow. The day was scheduled for 4 hours. It included 4 formal interviews. One interview was with HR and the rest were with Finance Managers. The interviews lasted about 45 minutes a piece, including Q&A at the end. Each interviewer asked 4-5 questions, leaving me about 5 minutes to ask questions at the end of each interview. I was given an hour break between the second and third interview for lunch, which was provided via a cafeteria voucher. During lunch I was shown around the facilities by an employee who had a role similar to the one I was interviewing for. At the conclusion of the final interview I met with my recruiter who gave me another opportunity to answer questions.
Interview questions were mostly in Situation/Context/Behavior/Outcome format. There were some hypothetical questions but mostly they wanted to hear about practical examples from past experience. Frequently the interviewers would ask probing questions to get to a deeper level of detail.
