One of the best interview process.
Starts with a group discussions on General topics
Followed by an aptitude based on finance and accounts
Then the personal interview where basic information about you and your background.
The final HR round where the hr asks for your expectations and other information.
General mills have good rounds of interview and it is very much fresher friendly. Though I was a experienced professionals I could witness the procedure was less stressful.

Interview
Hiring process include few rounds of interviews out of which 2 are taken by HR department. First someone from HR will call you and briefly ask about your experience and current CTC.
If short-listed you will be having one round Associate Assistant Manager (TL). And then with Assistant manager and Sr Manager.
Although they usually don't ask much questions on core finance but they may ask few on the basis of your educational background. If you are MBA then be through with concepts like Cash Flow, EBITDA, PnL structure etc.
