Applied with a resume and short cover letter through my school's recruiting website. Was contacted and scheduled for an interview. Both the first and second interviews were 30 minutes, all behavioral questions. With the second interview, I also had to take a few aptitude tests, a few behavioral tests because this was a sales position and an IQ-type test.

Standard questions relating to behaviourals, star model worked well. nothing out of the ordinary. very basic interview with 2 -3 rounds. Managers and directors conducted the interview and sometimes VP's will as well.
