I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2018
Interview
After initially accepting my resume, there was a phone interview with a manager outlining the role, benefits, and expectations where after there was a typical interview consisting of behavioral questions. After, there were 3 assessments for behavioral/cognitive purposes while the final interview in-house was being set up. Had a fantastic and efficient outing at the headquarters where after 2 interviews with managers in the same functional area, I was walked out by an HR manager and given some more information and a little gift basket. Questions were formal and what one would expect interviewing for a role like this. Thoughtful!

Basic stuff that you can google. Nothing is that hard or will take hours to prepare for. If you're somewhat qualified for the job and can articulate yourself well, you'll be highly considered for a hire.
