The interview process was very organized. Everyone at General Mills was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. If I ever had any question I would email HR and they would respond within the hour.

Interview
It took about 5 weeks from submitting Resume on line to interviews. First call was a Phone screening with HR. A week later had a 30 min call with Regional Manager. Then a two week time period before interviews. Had to complete 3 personality assessments and an online logic test. Finally Three interviews in one day. One with Regional and Zone Mangers. Role play interview, and a Skype Interview with HR. Overall a great experience. GM give all the websites to rereview and research.

Interview
After completing the online application, I was contacted via email by the HR Department for a phone interview with a Region Manager. After speaking with him we decided to move on to a second phone interview with a Zone Manager. After both phone interviews I was invited to sit and interview face to face with both the Zone and Region manager at an agreed upon location.
