I got reached out by a junior recruiter to explore a couple of sales opportunities, and we conducted a couple of interview trainings which was helpful. After that, I got into the second round interview about sales knowledge and mock interview with the senior HR recruiter based in USA. She wasn’t give me a pass at the end, but I also felt it’s unfair to do sales questions & cold call mock interview with her because she didn’t know what is the day to day sales looks like and how does it exactly feel! Candidates have to be judged by a non-specialised professional, I will recommend you think twice before you move further otherwise it really wastes your time. I didn’t pass the HR interview but I got another company’s offer in a much better postion.
