Referred by a friend and professional contact, so first two interviews were friendly and exploratory. Did not advance beyond HR conversations based on misalignment on compensation. HR was straightforward about the inability to meet my requirements.

Pretty standard interview, prepare examples from your career history. Two recruiter calls, one screening one behavioral, followed by final panel/role play call. Recruiter prepared me well, follow the instructions that they give you on how to run the mock scenario. Ask questions, be curious.
