Interview
Intense, interview process is far too long, it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. Worth keeping in mind for future interviews , but its fair enough everyone has their own approach.

Describing life goals, how you aim to achieve them/have already achieved, difficult situations you have been in and negotiated my way out of it.
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

Which traits are your strongest based on the key traits gartner looks for and how?
Sloppy recruiter
Unorganized
No follow up/lots of time between follow ups
phone screening and then panel interview via zoom
accidentally sent me someone else's resume
last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
