I did not get the interview through Glass door. I applied on their website. There was a phone interview, a group interview and a individual interview. I Once you pass the phone interview it only takes a day or so for you to get contacted for the next interview.

Experience in their sector was one of the first interview questions.
I was ghosted by the recruiter and he did not revert back even after following up multiple times. I did not expect this from Gartner ans was surprised with this response.

Interview
Several steps and interviews with different individuals from the company. Everybody I spoke to was pleasant and every step of process was explained to me, so I had an idea of what to expect. They also test for particular skills (Microsoft applications, communication skills, etc).
