I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (London, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
-Applied via Linkedin job posting
-Initial call with recruiter, very thorough, lasted roughly 50 mins
-Second call with recruiter, 1 hour, analysing if I have the 4 Gartner traits, treat like a sales call. Take control at the beginning, qualify throughout and CLOSE for next step
-Third call with another recruiter, similar to call 2 but with a role play at the end. Again, treat like a sales call!
-Final onsite round. Part 1 panal with 2 sales managers, going over traits again. Part 2 with VP and sales managers with role play. Also got to meet with current staff members, was very good.
The whole process was super smooth and efficient, with everyone executing their part perfectly. They provide great feedback throughout, just take it onboard and you will succeed. Definitely a tough process though.
