Interview
The interview was in a group setting with 5 or so interviewees. Was a little difficult to make yourself stand out, however I was offered the position. The questions were of average difficulty.

Question 1
Describe a time you were in a difficult situation at work and how you overcame that difficulty.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
