The interview was mainly questions based (previously) but has now expanded to include an in-store styling component in more recent sales associate interviews. Points will be taken off if you walk in clearly wearing other branded clothing items though (minus shoes).

Q: How would you offer a customer in the changing room a full outfit if they only walked in to try on one item?
Q: How would you dispute an angry customer at the cashier till? What would your steps be in regard to crisis management?
good it was very easy and very straight forward. nothing to worry about. be confident. it’s only a retail job after all, it’s not like you’re saving lives. you’re literally folding clothes.
The experience was comfortable and felt like a typical job interview. It was straightforward, with clear questions and a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to share my qualifications and my skills. Overall it was okay
Positive experience, helpful and driven. All staff were there to support each other. Welcoming and open to answer any questions. Would recommend this company and job to others who may be interested and willing to join.
