Interview
I left my CV and two days after (this was during the summer) they called me for an interview. I was interviewed by one of the managers. She was nice. I started a week later. I got the chance of choosing which department I wanted to work in. I stayed on that department (kids) for the period of time I worked there.

Question 1
How you would handle a client that is not satisfied with one of the products or services provided by the company.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
