Onsite interview for 30 minutes with boss who went over everything on my resume. Found the boss a little off putting and seem to discourage any form of advancement in my career if hired at this company. This would have been my first job out of college. Personally I felt if hired I would be stuck there for the next 40 years as he did not seem willing to offer any advancement. Never actually got an idea of how much they were actually willing to pay. Rejected after round 1 and found they reposted the job online. Guess they are having trouble with filling the position so its a not me issue.
