Applied on Indeed then redundant online app that also asked for references. Took longer to to that than they spent looking at the resume and application. Received form denial that said my "array of skills and achievements were not what we were looking for at this time." Called corporate with no return call from HR so emailed the Director of HR and asked her to explain what that meant, explain how I don't meet the minimums, and how all of this matches with their being an Equal Opportunity Employer as stated on their career page. Received a generic, corporate-speak, non-answer that didn't reply to anything I had asked.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at GEORGE DELALLO in Nov 2024
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. Very productive phone interview, but never received a reply back for next steps. Being ghosted by a recruiter, is very unprofessional. At least take the time to reply.

Question 1
Tell me the career accomplishment you’re most proud of.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GEORGE DELALLO (Atlanta, GA) in May 2020
Interview
This company seemed to have a tremendous amount of issues with scheduling interviews and responding to emails where they initiated the questions regarding interview dates and times. It was rather disjointed and made me have serious doubts if they would be a good employer or match based on the issues they seemed to be having even successfully scheduling the 1st or 2nd round of interviews. It appears that their goal was to cast a very wide net over multiple regions over several months with the same job postings over and over. I would think twice about taking a position with this company if it was offered.
