GEICO Management Development Program interview questions

Had a great interview with the interviewer, and then I was sent tests to take. I took one of the tests and felt I did well, but I was unable to take the second test due to a glitch. I attempted to contact the recruiter about this issue and she did not respond again.

Phone interview- asked me standard first interview questions. Lasted for about 40 mins. Asked me about my hobbies and aspirations. List an example of when you had to take a leadership role.
