HR reached out. Interviewers were nice and friendly. Interview questions were nicely structured. There was little ambiguity to clarify in technical questions. Didn’t get the offer but it was a non-negative experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fuse Energy (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
CTO - inexperienced that compensates their lack of talent with 60+ hours of work per week
- Great recruiter call - friendly informative
- System design round - standard 60 mins
- Coding challenge - no need for the solution to compile but you need to go deep in several areas
- CTO round - describe a problem - a joke round, you will get rejected if the guys doesn't like your "aura"
