Met with HR Manager, Division Manager (Front Desk Manager), Department Head (Director of Rooms) and overall Hotel Manager. Completely behavioral-based and focused on soft skills, very little focus on hard skills. They care more about cultural fit than your previous experience. They will actually note how often you smile in the interview.
