I had three interviews with the hiring manager, the manager of department, and the general manager. Answered STAR questions about customer service and leadership. It was straight forward and there were no tricks or shady practices.

The interview was less than 30 minutes. We met virtually. I learned about how the team is structured and what my role would be. Speaking to the interviewer made me more excited about the position.
