CV and interview. there were HR questions and gauged the kind of person the interviewee is. right cultural fitment was looked at. knowledge and skill was also a consideration. the process was smooth.

Interview
I was on the first step of interview and talked with hr. There were a good atmosphere, hr was polite. It took about 40 minutes. People around were pleasant. I don’t think they will invite me on next level of interview , because they need srong skills of English language.
