I recently completed a four-stage interview process and had a very positive experience. Everyone I met was incredibly kind and open, which made the conversations very pleasant.
The process included challenging situational questions and even some role-play exercises. I first spoke with a recruiter, then with my potential team, followed by managers from two collaborating teams, and finally with the department lead and a business partner from an international team.
It was a well-structured process that gave me a great first impression of the people and the culture.
