I applied and heard nothing for 2 months. On Christmas morning I received an email letting me know they were pursuing another candidate. I fault Lilly's HR team for sending out rejection notices on Christmas.

It took more than 3 months to get interviews scheduled. The recruited seemed very impatient and only talked about 1 minute or so about the interviews in a call. It was 4 panel interviews with 2 interviewers for each panel. A couple interviewers were fairly rude. They seem to have decided to go another direction but still had the interviews with me. So it was not a good experience.
