I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2012
Interview
Recruiter contacted me about the opportunity and we discussed the job and my skill set. They moved forward and submitted my information to Lilly. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and didn't hear anything for about 3 months. Then an administrative assistant emailed to schedule the onsite interview and Lilly flew me out to Indianapolis. I met separately with 3 individuals and they all asked a series of behavioral questions. The interview lasted around 3 hours and they had a car waiting to take me back to the airport. Two days later I received an offer.
