I applied for a position six months ago on the Eli Lilly website. You have to take a personality test before you move on, which I did, and was contacted for a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was fine, the woman was very nice that iv me. Two hours later I got an email to send in my official transcripts. Three weeks later when I had almost given up, I was scheduled for a panel interview. This lasted over an hour and was pretty tough. Another three weeks went by when I was called an informed that they selected another candidate for the position. About 3 1/2 weeks ago I applied for another position for Eli Lilly. This time (since I had already done phone screen, transcripts, personality test) I went straight to the panel interview. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted to fill out paperwork for them to do a background check on me. Now here I am 3 weeks later again without a word. I've got my fingers crossed, but I'm starting to lose hope.
