Interviewer was very good. Conversation went very well. Was able to answer most of the questions. There was a positive feedback from interviewer too and he explained me regarding the project which I am fit. But the worst thing was after sending 3 reminders the HR said only one word- Feedback is negative. Eli Lily- Please stop wasting time for candidates and your resources as well if you are not interested to give the detailed reason to reject.
