I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2009
Interview
Overall, it was an easy interview with very friendly people. The company seemed warm and inviting and the interviews themselves were very relaxed.
The HR rep kept in contact with me throughout (with minimal prompting on my part) up until the company began it's re-org and of course, all hiring was frozen.
I thought it seemed like a nice place to work and I was disappointed that due to circumstances and such, we were unable to reach an agreement.
BTW, it was 30 days from application submission to phone interview, 30 days from that for in person interview, and 30 days later the company froze all hiring. Very lengthy process and the only reason I am not rating it "very easy".

Interview
Just one 30-minute interview and rejection. There was no feedback and no email from the interviewer. The interview went fine, received positive feedback and responses during the interview. Would appreciate some more information from the company.
