I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Champaign, IL) in Nov 2012
Interview
I applied through my school and had an on-campus interview. They had 3 people interviewing me. It was completely behavioral question based. I did well so I was invited to a second round at their Indianapolis headquarters. At their headquarters, there was a presentation and 2 1:1 interviews. They were all behavioral questions. (Although one of the interviewers, talked a lot about herself during the interview.) Cultural fit is a very important aspect that they look for. I guess that I did not fit because I did not get an offer.
Firstly general questions with HR, then more technical ones with both Finance Manager and Head of Finance, overall OK. Negative point as no feedback has been received after the interview
The interviewers are super nice and professional. It was behavioral with some Accounting knowledge thrown in. I loved their culture, company and values. I did not take the offer but they are a great company to interview with.
