I was a referral via another Cybersecurity Manager - there were four rounds of interview:
1. HR interview - general, nothing too crazy here, getting a sense for my background, why I was interested in the position, etc. Went smoothly
2. Manager Interview - This was more technical, they had lots of targeted questions around different cybersecurity tools / platforms, my experience with various assessments, knowledge of frameworks / standards - this was the most in-line with my day to day job.
3. Senior Manager Interview - Similar to the prior one, some higher level questions that had me thinking more strategically
4. PPMD Interview - Went the smoothest of all of them, very conversational, talked a lot about my background / history.
All in, the process took ~4 months from my initial application to receiving an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Nov 2022
Interview
Overall very friendly and explanatory. The discussion was oriented towards knowing the interviewee and explaining company culture, as well as team structure, internal governance, explaining job function in practice etc. Very good feedback!
First with HR then with hiring manager. Well coordinated. HR goes through past experience and look for signs that candidate listens to customer needs, has a process that ensures success of program, and is sensitive to client business needs.
