The entire interview is behavioral-based questions for on-campus hiring. Attending events sponsored by the company (and any Big4) will help you to appear favorable by the recruiters, especially if you ask questions during the event and /or hang around after and connect with the recruiter. Interview process is typically resume submission, interview on campus, superday interviews at your office of choice. All interviews are behavioral based questions. Use the SMART method and be engaging. They mostly want to ensure you're a person they'd want to be around.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience
