Entrevista-vídeo em inglês com perguntas acerca da pessoa, nada técnico. Segunda presencial, com associates de diferentes áreas e uma uma final com um partner da área específica para o qual o candidato foi alocado.
The questions were behavioural. I thought I answered well as most of it seemed subjective. Received a generic feedback, expected a more detailed rejected feedback after reaching this stage. Interviewer was friendly.
Only one interview. Just situational and behavioural questions. No technicals. They try to see you as a person and if you would be a good fit in the company and culture
The interview is short, need to prepare questions about yourself. The interviewer is really nice. Might need to do some research for other position. Overall its a great experience and great company to work on.
