I was criticised in my interview for something already evident on my application, this was later also given as the reason for not receiving an offer. In that sense I feel the (in-person) interview was a waste of time.

For the final interview after the practical and fit interview I had an interview with a manager asking about my background, how I would be a good fit for the team and some technical questions.
