First round was HR screen, once passed, then two partner direct interviews, offer and acceptance. All virtual because I was not local. Experienced hire processes are different than campus hire processes, especially coming from another big four firm. overall easy and smooth process.

Interview
The interview with the senior manager took place via Microsoft Teams. It was straightforward whereby the interviewer asked the basic questions such as 'Introduce Yourself' and my prior work and educational background.
The senior manager is so friendly. None of the technical question asked. Its all about behavioral question and school experience. I Can totally feel the vibe and conversation very chill.
