Two rounds, one with manager and one with partner. Questions on background, motivation and competency. No hard questions but do ask you about your experience/knowledge in accounting. The feedback after first round interview was prompt. But had to wait two months for results of the final round. Understandable with graduate programs but still would have been better if there was more communication in between

I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Manchester, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
Assessment centre was more relaxed than anticipated - staff were welcoming and eager to make you feel comfortable. Layout of the day was seamless and easy to follow: interview, group assessment, networking and individual assessment.
Process was not difficult. Only predictable general questions were asked. Asked about why I chose that particular location. 1st I had an online assessment after a virtual interview process and the final part was an assessment center comprising of an interview and Group Discussion based on the case study provided. Even though it is such a reputable organisation, the entire process lacked professionalism and proper communication. No communication or even feedback after the final round Even after months of following up. This is the only organisation from which I have faced such an unorganized recruitment process.
I applied online. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Had to do online assessment and then invited to assessment centre. It was from about 10 to 3. There were four portions: individual interview, group interview, Q&A session and an assessment testing maths and english. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming which helped me calm my nerves. Regular interview questions which you can prepare beforehand
