I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Went very smoothly. Interviewer asked a lot of questions on product pitch, and there was a quantitative test at the end. Good test on both behaviour and knowledge but it wasn't what I wanted in the end

Question 1
Could you describe the technology landscape over the past year
Nice and kind interviewers who explained well about the job. Very informative and detailed. Interviewers also seem very knowledgeable, to the point which talked about pros and cons of big4.
Interview was around 30-50 minutes, depending on the number of interviewers. Just have to sit back and relax and answers questions. The questions were quite predictable, standard interview questions. Better to share more of personal experiences during the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
It was good. It took about an hour and mostly asked from the resume. If you are thorough with your resume you would be able to get through it. Be prepared to have a situation based answer to every responsibility you have written in your resume
