I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EY (London, England)
Interview
First round was HR phone interview. They asked you about why are you interest in the position and your knowledge about the role. A few days later, they then called back to schedule a test at the office. After taking a test, they called to arrange a remote interview. The last round was with the department's partner and manager.
The transfer pricing interview tested my understanding of OECD guidelines, TP methods, and benchmarking. I discussed real-life intercompany scenarios, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance. A case study assessed my analytical skills. Final rounds focused on communication, client management, and my ability to handle audits and tax authority interactions confidently and clearly.
2 online interviews by the senior managers. A lot of behavioral questions, and then asked some basic questions about transfer pricing. There is an interview with a recruiter at first
