Interview
The interview process was very smooth and included standard questions. Interview was preceded by a written test and preliminary screening. Interview itself was conducted by 2 senior managers. Questions included case studies and they gauged the ability to think on feet. The process took less than two weeks. The HR team was professional and answered all the queries well.

Question 1
You are a team lead and all your team members are on a vacation as it is a lean period. You receive an unexpected call from the client to complete a project within the same day. You know you won't be able to complete it on your own within the given time frame. What will you do?
It was good, super chill and easy to understand. Was able to communicate openly with the team as well. They were open to answering all of questions and were very happy to have me.

Being confident is the good thing in the whole process. All the best to everyone, and perform well.
2 technical rounds were there asking mor about the projects worked on. All happened in a single day and HR called 2 days later to inform the result. It was comparatively an easy interview process.
